Once your client has signed their lease, you can submit their information as a courtesy service request through our referral form. You’ll receive a confirmation text once the referral is submitted
After the referral is submitted, your client will receive a courtesy text message introducing them to our service. Also, an introductory email that includes current Xfinity promotions tailored to their needs.
Around 2–3 weeks before the move-in date, your designated Xfinity sales representative will personally reach out to your client. They will assist with scheduling the installation and answering any questions about their service setup.
For every client who successfully connects with Xfinity through the Preferred Partner Program, you’ll earn a referral bonus of up to $115 per client! Referral checks will be mailed to your office 5–6 weeks after the customer’s service is installed.

We are authorized partners who connect customers to Xfinity’s reliable Internet, TV, and home solutions. They offer a seamless, personalized service experience while earning income through referrals and sales.
There are no upfront costs to join the Xfinity Dealers Program. Your primary investment is your time and effort.
Your earning potential is unlimited and depends on your effort. Commissions range from $45 to $115+ per sale, with additional bonuses for high performance and tiers for higher payouts.
Payments are typically made bi-weekly after the first 30 days of onboarding, dependent on the customer's installation date. Mailed checks are often available for convenience, but direct deposit or other methods are available upon request.
You’ll get updated marketing materials, access to our CRM system for tracking leads, access to corporate and team training sessions, and a dedicated support team.
Yes, the program allows you to sell Xfinity services to both residential and business clients.
We recommend offering as much support as you can to your client. However, our corporate team at Xfinity handles all customer support and service troubleshooting. Your role is to assist with the initial sale and provide a convenient ordering experience.
The program offers a 90 day onboarding period, with no long-term contracts, allowing you the flexibility to scale up or step back as needed. After 90 days, a standard agreement will be in place for contractors.
All partners are independent contractors and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
