Become an advocate for Internet Essentials, a program designed to bridge the digital divide by providing affordable Internet access to underserved communities. As a representative, you’ll engage with individuals, families, and organizations to spread awareness and increase access to this impactful program.

Question 1: Who is Xfinity Dealers?

We are authorized partners who connect customers to Xfinity’s reliable Internet, TV, and home solutions. They offer a seamless, personalized service experience while earning income through referrals and sales.

Question 2: How much does it cost to get started?

There are no upfront costs to join the Xfinity Dealers Program. Your primary investment is your time and effort.

Question 3: How much money can I make?

Your earning potential is unlimited and depends on your effort. Commissions range from $45 to $115+ per sale, with additional bonuses for high performance and tiers for higher payouts.

Question 4: How and when will I be paid?

Payments are typically made bi-weekly after the first 30 days of onboarding, dependent on the customer's installation date. Mailed checks are often available for convenience, but direct deposit or other methods are available upon request.

Question 5: What tools or resources will I receive?

You’ll get updated marketing materials, access to our CRM system for tracking leads, access to corporate and team training sessions, and a dedicated support team.

Question 6: Can I sell to businesses as well as individuals?

Yes, the program allows you to sell Xfinity services to both residential and business clients.

Question 7: What happens if a customer has an issue with their service?

We recommend offering as much support as you can to your client. However, our corporate team at Xfinity handles all customer support and service troubleshooting. Your role is to assist with the initial sale and provide a convenient ordering experience.

Question 8: Are there any contracts or commitments?

The program offers a 90 day onboarding period, with no long-term contracts, allowing you the flexibility to scale up or step back as needed. After 90 days, a standard agreement will be in place for contractors.
