Xfinity Dealers Subscriber Terms & Conditions Effective Date: October 24, 2024. Welcome to Xfinity Dealers! By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to Xfinity Dealers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription Services: Xfinity Dealers provides access to exclusive promotions, referral programs, and customer support services tailored for Xfinity-authorized dealers and partners.
3. Eligibility: Subscribers must be 18 years or older and authorized to engage in sales and marketing for Xfinity products and services.
4. Subscription Fees & Payment: Subscription fees, if applicable, will be outlined at the time of sign-up.Payments are due on a monthly/annual basis, depending on the selected plan.Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Use of Services: Subscribers agree to use Xfinity Dealers' services solely for authorized business purposes and must not: Misrepresent Xfinity services, engage in fraudulent activities, or share proprietary information with unauthorized third parties.
6. Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and proprietary information provided through Xfinity Dealers remain the property of Xfinity Dealers and/or its partners. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Referral Program: Subscribers may participate in referral programs, earning commissions based on completed sales. Referral bonuses and commission structures are subject to change. Fraudulent referrals or misrepresentation will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
8. Privacy & Data Protection: Xfinity Dealers collects and processes subscriber data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties. Subscribers must ensure compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
9. Termination & Suspension: Xfinity Dealers reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for any subscriber violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or failing to meet payment obligations.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability: Xfinity Dealers does not guarantee the availability of services at all times and is not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions. Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the subscription within the past 6 months and should be addressed to Comcast Corporation.
11. Amendments & Updates: Xfinity Dealers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
12. Governing Law & Disputes: These terms shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Massachusetts.
